This year, we participated at Il Salone della CSR e dell’Innovazione Sociale in Milan. Our focus was on tangible actions: we used NANDO.App to monitor waste production throughout the three-day event, showcasing how technology can revolutionize waste management in real time.
In addition to this, we had the opportunity to connect with visionary leaders in sustainability, to exchange impactful ideas. This event provided the perfect platform to demonstrate how NANDO is transforming the way we approach waste management, helping us move closer to a more sustainable future.
Real-time waste monitoring with NANDO.App
During the three-day event, we monitored waste production in real-time using NANDO.App, demonstrating its potential to improve waste management at large-scale events.
The results were impressive:
- 26 kg of waste produced
- 72% of waste sent for recycling
- 9.5 kg of CO2 emissions monitored
Our data helped Il Salone della CSR e dell’Innovazione Sociale to achieve the prestigious 20121 certification.
